This two-hour course provides a practical introduction to the 7 Classic Quality Tools as foundational problem-solving and analysis tools used in manufacturing quality improvement.

Participants will learn the purpose, basic structure, and appropriate application of the seven tools—Flow Chart, Check Sheet, Pareto Chart, Cause and Effect Diagram, Histogram, Scatter Diagram and Control Charts, and —and how they support data-based decision-making and structured quality improvement.
