This two-hour course provides a practical introduction to two essential quality core tools—Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and the Control Plan—as foundational elements of proactive risk management in manufacturing.

Participants will learn the purpose, structure, and relationship between PFMEA and Control Plans, including how process risks are identified, evaluated, and translated into effective process controls.
